ONG Athénée – Action Humanitaire

Depuis 1998, l’Athénée s’est engagé sur la voie de l’aide humanitaire.

En 2006, notre lycée a créé l’association « Athénée-Action humanitaire » dont l’article 1er stipule : « L’association a pour objet de soutenir des projets d’aide au développement dans les domaines de l’éducation et de la formation professionnelle ainsi que sur les plans social et culturel. »

Depuis 2007, notre association bénéficie de l’agrément en tant qu’organisation non gouvernementale de développement (ONGD), accordé par le Ministre de la Coopération. L’Athénée de Luxembourg est le seul lycée qui ait réuni ses diverses activités de bienfaisance dans le creuset de sa propre organisation non gouvernementale.
